Introduction
The Tri-Carb Liquid Scintillation Counter series is designed for the precise measurement of alpha/beta counting, liquid scintillation, radiation detection and analysis, and radioactivity detection. It also provides top-tier ultra-low-level environmental monitoring and testing, suitable for environmental radiation detection and safety monitoring of nuclear power plant discharge water.
- Automation: Features an automated sample changer and barcode reader, allowing a large number of samples (up to 408 or 720 vials) with different detection conditions to be loaded simultaneously for long-term automated analysis.
- TR-LSC Technology: Utilizes Time-Resolved Liquid Scintillation Counting (TR-LSC) to distinguish between signals and background interference, achieving high sensitivity and low-background counting.
- QuantaSmart™ Software: Employs an intuitive conversational interface to simplify execution and configuration, reducing the risk of setup errors. The software enables robust multitasking in a secure environment and provides real-time readings and spectrum displays.
- SpectraWorks 2: This spectral analysis software assists in identifying the optimal counting region and automatically calculates the figure of merit (quality factor).
- Connectivity: The built-in computer runs on the Windows operating system and is equipped with high-speed USB ports for automated data transfer.
- Compliance: The software design is compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and can support procedures that meet 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
