Chaired by Principal Investigator Professor Fuh-Kwo Shiah, this public briefing session invited researchers from across the academic community to participate in the South East China Sea Time-series studies. The meeting focused on discussing participation regulations, including cruise application procedures, onboarding priority, respective rights and obligations, as well as innovations and reforms in survey and sampling methods.
