Introduction
This equipment utilizes high-temperature pulse furnace technology to react samples within a graphite crucible. The released oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen are extracted in the forms of CO, H₂O, and N₂, respectively, and then measured using Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) detection and Thermal Conductivity Detectors (TCD), which offers efficient, accurate, and stable detection performance.
The analyzer features a fully automated workflow, including automated sampling, cleaning, and crucible loading systems. This high level of automation reduces manual intervention and routine maintenance. Additionally, the software provides intuitive, step-by-step navigation functions to ensure seamless, stable, and foolproof operation.
